What to Expect

Heartology has streamlined processes for simple, efficient, and comprehensive medical advocacy. Once your child is established as a client, a nurse advocate will check in with them on an agreed-upon frequency. Parents and students are entitled to up to an hour of free phone consultation monthly.

A Heartology nurse will arrive at the emergency department within one hour of being called. Your nurse advocate will also attend all medical appointments, procedures, and treatments on an as-requested basis.
